Case Studies
From high-volume PVC key tags and personalized government ID cards to outdoor PV safety labels, these projects show how we solve production, data and material challenges for customers.
PVC Key Tags · United States
The tags use 20 mil PVC, approximately 0.5 mm thick. We adapted a steel-rule die mounted on a plywood base, a process widely used in packaging production, to cut approximately 10–15 thin PVC cards per cycle. This increased output and reduced the unit cost for large orders.
15+ Years Supplying a Major U.S. Youth Organization
Since 2011, we have manufactured PVC key tags for a long-term customer serving a major U.S. youth organization. Before the pandemic, annual production reached approximately two million pieces. The program continues today at around one million pieces per year.Since 2011Long-term cooperation

- Stable, repeatable high-volume production
- Cost-efficient tooling for thin PVC cards
- Advance planning for economical ocean shipping

Photo ID Cards · Malaysia
The customer supplied Excel files downloaded from a central server, with photographs embedded alongside each member’s details. Because the files could not be used directly for industrial variable-data printing, we extracted and numbered the photographs, matched every image to the correct record and prepared a production-ready database.
The cards were then produced in batches on an HP Indigo industrial digital press, providing consistent photographs and clear small text. The project also taught us how centralized quality, local issuance speed and nationwide distribution must be balanced in a large ID-card program.
100,000 Personalized Cards for a Government Volunteer Patrol Program
We produced approximately 100,000 personalized identification cards for Malaysia’s Skim Rondaan Sukarela (SRS), a nationwide community volunteer patrol program administered through the Department of National Unity and National Integration.100,000 CardsPersonalized production

PV Safety Labels · Texas
An acrylic protective overlaminate containing UV-absorbing components shields the graphics from sunlight, moisture and abrasion. This complete material system supports dependable outdoor performance.
We later developed the project into a broader range of reflective PV labels. Current production combines engineering-grade glass-bead reflective film from qualified Chinese manufacturers, traffic-sign printing inks and an acrylic UV-protective overlaminate, improving cost control while maintaining products specified for five years of outdoor use.
Custom 24-Piece Reflective Label Set for a Commercial Solar Project
We developed a custom set of 24 reflective PV safety labels for a commercial solar installation in Texas. The original project used Avery Dennison glass-bead reflective sheeting and outdoor inks produced with a manufacturing partner experienced in container markings and traffic signage.24-Piece SetProject-specific identification
